As government leaders address next generation challenges, in addition to pursuing their existing policy goals, we built the Polydelta platform to help deliver public sector outcomes with AI.
Polydelta was started by a team from the Harvard Kennedy School and Stanford University following its experience at 18F, Facebook, Microsoft and IDEO.
Jay has advised U.S. Federal agencies on digital transformation strategy as the 18F Director of Agency Partnerships and Senior Advisor at the Technology Transformation service within GSA. He was recognized in Forbes magazine 30 under 30 for law and policy and as a Rising Star by FederalComputer Week.
Jay earned a B.A. from Villanova University, an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School, and an MS from the Stanford GraduateSchool of Business as a Sloan Fellow.
Henry has over 20 years in strategy, product, and operations with specialization in delivering product, process engineering, and modernizing IT infrastructure. Most recently, he has driven the modernization of systems and processes at IDEO, a design consultancy.
Henry has earned dual B.S degrees from the University of Pennsylvania in both Engineering and Economics and an M.S. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
